01 Mar Taylor Wimpey brings new homes to Kirby Cross in 2021
Taylor Wimpey will launch its new development in Kirby Cross later this year.
The first homes at The Laurels, off Thorpe Road, are due to go on sale in spring 2021. The development will provide a mix of 116 homes, including properties for first time buyers, families and downsizers who want to settle close to the Frinton seaside.
New and existing residents will be able to enjoy a landscaped green space and play area in the heart of the development. A new pedestrian footpath link between Thorpe Road and Chapel Lane will encourage residents to leave the car at home and explore Kirby Cross on foot.
Work began on site in autumn 2020, and the first homes are due to go on sale this spring.
