Essex’s Fairfields Farm celebrate Ocado deal

15 Oct Essex’s Fairfields Farm celebrate Ocado deal

Artisan crisp producer, Fairfields Farm, has signed a deal to supply Ocado for the first time.
From Monday 15th October, the online supermarket will be stocking Fairfields Farm Adnams Ghost Ship Crisps and its Heat & Eat brand of microwaveable ‘hot’ crisps.

This is the first time the Colchester-based snack firm has worked with Ocado and it will allow it to reach a whole new demographic of online customers.
“We are very excited to be working with Ocado as it’s such a great fit for us. Ocado really appeals to those consumers looking to buy something different and who are interested in independent brands with provenance,” explains Robert Strathern, founder of Fairfields Farm.

“It will be fantastic to get our Heat & Eat brand and very popular Adnams Ghost Ship hand-cooked crisps into the homes of a whole new range of customers,” adds Robert.

Fairfields Farm produces its Adnam Ghost Ship Crisps in 150g sharing bags. Its Heat & Eat brand is available in two flavours: Lightly Sea Salted with Tomato Salsa and Cheese & Chive with Caramelised Onion Dip. For more information on Fairfields Farm visit www.fairfieldsfarmcrisps.co.uk
