Essex Chambers proud to sponsor Basildon’s Beech United YFC (Under 10’s)
Essex Chambers of Commerce are not just part of the county’s business community but also part of the local communities in which they operate.
Having recently opened an office in Basildon they felt they needed to put something more into the town than just having a physical presence there and a Manager in the shape of Sharon Saunders. With this in mind they were delighted to be able to support local youth football team Beech United’s under ten side.
Speaking about this Denise Rossiter, Chief Executive of the Chambers, said “Business is about people and we need to encourage the younger generation to be interested in us to create the businesses of the future. What better way of getting them to think about the Chambers than by sponsoring a football team”
“I look forward to seeing them continue the success of the Chambers on the football pitches rather than the board rooms of Essex”
The Chairman of the club, Martin Fry, responded “We are extremely grateful to Denise Rossiter and the Essex Chamber of Commerce for their sponsorship. It is unusual to receive funds from such an organization”.
