06 Jun Brentwood Centre champions Active Essex 30:30 Challenge
The Brentwood Centre is championing the Active Essex 30:30 challenge throughout June.
Active Essex are asking everyone in the county to commit to 30 minutes of daily activity for 30 days throughout June. Here at the Brentwood Centre we are offering free walks and free swimming sessions for people to add to their 30:30 options throughout the month.
The Brentwood Centre’s Lee Patmore and Nicky Smith are both Active Essex Ambassadors and, as a leisure centre committed to community inclusion, we want to encourage people to get on board and sign up.
Throughout June the Brentwood Centre will be offering the below 30 minute options for free as part of your 30:30 challenge.
On Monday 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th June you can join us for a FREE walk round the field meet at main reception at 1pm
On Wednesday 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th June you can join them for a FREE 30 minute swim if you come in between 6.30-7pm.
