24 May The Autism Hero Awards Return For Another Year
The UK Autism Hero Awards which was created by the Anna Kennedy Online Charity as an opportunity to showcase and celebrate the excellence taking place in the world of Autism returns for another year!
This is a unique opportunity to celebrate and showcase accomplishments as well as enhancing Autism awareness and acceptance.
They seek to acknowledge the outstanding contributions and achievements of individuals, teams and organisations who have proved excellence, dedication and commitments to impacting lives that have been making a real difference.
Nominations for the 12 different categories will be made and the finalists will be announced in September 2017.
The winners will be announced at UK Autism Heroes Awards 2017 which will be taking place at the prestigious Radisson Blu Portman Hotel, 22 Portman Square, Marylebone, London W1H 7BG on Saturday 11th November 2017.
Our new Ambassador actress Kacey Ainsworth will be one of our judges and present the award to the winner of a category. Kacey has a family member on the autism spectrum.
The charity’s founder Anna Kennedy OBE told us “The Autism Hero Awards have been created so that we can showcase and celebrate the excellence taking place in the world of Autism. We hope that the awards will also celebrate the achievements and enhance Autism awareness and acceptance within society.”
